This is an easy fast recipe that can be changed and morphed to your liking and if you want a big bowl to serve to a party then just 4x the amount.

Ingredients
1 Firm but Ripe Avocado
1 Can of Garbanzos or 1 1/2 cup of cooked dried beans
1 Table Spoon Olive oil
1 Lime
5 sprigs of Cilantro or Oregano or Both Why Not
Pinch Smoked Hot Paprika
Pinch of Roasted Garlic Powder
Pinch of Fresh Cracked Pepper
Pinch of Salt at the End 'if feeling fancy then a pinch of Truffle salt is yummy'
Choice: Pickled Onion peppers garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Slice Avocado in half, the carefully slice lines long ways then side ways just to make bite size pieces.
Step 2
mix the rest of ingredients besides the salt in med bowl then place a few spoon fulls into the crevice of the avocado
Step 3
Sprinkle your salt and you are ready for action
