About the Recipe

This is an easy fast recipe that can be changed and morphed to your liking and if you want a big bowl to serve to a party then just 4x the amount.

Ingredients

  • 1 Firm but Ripe Avocado

  • 1 Can of Garbanzos or 1 1/2 cup of cooked dried beans

  • 1 Table Spoon Olive oil

  • 1 Lime

  • 5 sprigs of Cilantro or Oregano or Both Why Not


  • Pinch Smoked Hot Paprika

  • Pinch of Roasted Garlic Powder

  • Pinch of Fresh Cracked Pepper

  • Pinch of Salt at the End 'if feeling fancy then a pinch of Truffle salt is yummy'

  • Choice: Pickled Onion peppers garlic

Preparation

Step 1


Slice Avocado in half, the carefully slice lines long ways then side ways just to make bite size pieces.


Step 2


mix the rest of ingredients besides the salt in med bowl then place a few spoon fulls into the crevice of the avocado



Step 3

Sprinkle your salt and you are ready for action
